Performance Dance
Performance Dance (or Concert Dance) refers to the group of dance styles intended to be performed for an audience.
Ballet, Jazz, HipHop and Tap are considered Performance Dance forms, and are usually choreographed to set music. A dance school that teaches one of these forms will often teach all of them.
Belly Dance is also considered a Performance Dance style, yet it is often taught in its own Belly Dance schools.
