Casaflo means “House of Flo”. This opportunity best describes what we do which is (flo) through dance. We offer the ability for people to free themselves through dance and express themselves through rhythmic motion and social interaction, allowing them to enter that precise moment of being “in the flow”. Be it through performance or dance instruction, they are experiencing being "in the flow". This is when you cease to think of the dance technique and, instead, become the dance itself.

Our purpose is to give our cliental a warm and welcoming experience. The Casaflo opportunity challenges you to face your deepest fears, be it failure, judgement by others, disapproval, or simply feeling inadequate.
