The Dance Training Project
The Dance Training Project is a personal training program designed geared exclusively towards dancers. Often, the amount of training dancers receive in a class setting is insufficient to cope with the strenuous demands of modern 21st century dance. The DTP, can help improve dance technique, strength, flexibility, optimal body composition and much more.
The main goal of the DTP is to correct muscle imbalances and dysfunctional movement patterns that plague many dancers, and far to often lead to injury. Learn how to correct these imbalances to become the best dancer you can be.
You create your own preferred training schedule, and can choose to meet as often per week as you wish.
